MT-LB with what looks like an AZP S-60 57mm auto cannon

I have stumbled upon these pictures of MT-LBs modified with a 57mm autocannon, I assume there are ones made by other countries but the pictures here are of ones used by Armenia.
I have also found some evidence that a similar vehicle was used by Russia in the 2022 Ukraine conflict
but that one seemed to have an RPG cage added to it.

Hello again! I have some information about it.

Official name SAU-57M (Positioned as a self-propelled artillery unit).

Ammunition: 60 rounds
Crew: 4 people (possibly 5)
Gun: 57-mm S-60 (– 2 to + 87 degrees)
The gun is redesigned so that one person can control the fire.
Maximum speed: 60 km/h
