Move the Leopard 2 PSO into the prototype line

With the EMBT coming to the prototype line in the German tree, an old wrong should be made right:

The Leopard 2 PSO has no business being in the Mainline Leopard line.

It belongs in the prototype line. Therefore it should be moved in front of (or behind, idc) the EMBT.

  • PSO into the prototype line (correct answer)
  • PSO stays where it is (wrong aswer)
