In a 1v1 I’d prefer the jumbo but I still like the tiger cuz it’s better than the jumbo against other tanks, it has great pen and post pen damage, and is a beast when played right
Just move 5.7 to 6.7 up one BR and leave the Jumbo at 5.7 🥱
5.0 is excessive but youre js spitting stuff out atp with the “most 6.7 vehicles cant pen it frontally”
most 6.0 and above can UFP it

Cupola? Can literally pen the turret cheeks? Also even angled you can go for the seam or the lower plate where the tracks are unless it’s hull down.
Spading Japan at 5.7 and 6.3 currently. Tigers are super easy to kill, Jumbos slightly less so, Russian tanks are volumetric hell.
I agree 5.0 would be too low.
US has M4A2 (76) W and M36. Add the Jumbo to that lineup and it’s decent.
Your suggested lineup of 5.7-6.0 has the Jumbo possibly facing 7.0 tanks where it’s M3 Cannon would be quite anemic. And many opponents would be 6.7 (Tiger 2).
Considering 75% of the battles are uptiers you almost need to. Unless Gaijin changes the BR spread from 3 steps down to 2, tanks like the Jumbo will suffer as they face too many enemies that nullify the entire reason for it’s existence - the armor.
Is that any worse than 5.7 tanks facing Tiger 2 or T26E5?
Ok… my friend is a long 88 enjoyer. He can’t pen jumbos, do I justkinda assumed most 6.7 vehicles couldn’t
