We have come to a point where it is important that cockpits are modeled correctly and are fun to play in simulator battles. I think everybody agrees that a lot of cockpits look ugly. Not only bombers, but also top tier br jets have sometimes very ugly, incorrect cockpits with incorrect RWRs, Radars and so on. The point is they should at least pay more attention to the radars and rwrs aswell as displays in the cockpits or the most important stuff and get this modeled correctly. ONE example is the gripen then we also have the phantoms, mig21s and so on. I know they have been updating the f16, f15, su27 , but it would be cool if they also did that to other planes
NOTE: This is how f4e cockpit should look like (Like the F4F-ICE)

Considering there are a number of planes that are unusable in Sim because they don’t have their HUDs modelled properly (SHAR, formerly Tornado F.3), that would be the priority imo. But gaijin cares not for Sim players.

There’s so many issues with already existing, from major like incorrect cockpits to text on wrong languages to pretty important, but because their function doubles on HUD it not so much of the problem (SPO-10 and SPO-15)

The BIGGEST problem is that the cockpit camera is placed like 1/3 meter below the head of the pilot. You can be in a plane and look at the head where the pilot’s top head is level with the canopy brace and the camera will be positioned LITERALLY underneath the dash. (A-4 Skyhawks) This is a MAJOR problem. It makes flying a lot of a planes near impossible.

Need to include helmets in this as well, and how they interact with the cockpit. The JHMCS has a real time feed for IFF, and Targets displayed in the helmet, and not just the HUD. This should go along with cockpit upgrades as they are something that works together.
This could be easily rectified by simply allowing the player to adjust the position of the pilot. Other flight sims do this quite well. Make it a feature you can establish in test flight. But you would want to limit it so you can’t be “too tall” for realism.
I have noticed in some planes the camera is also “at the seat”. Where you are clearly sitting way too far back.
