Monitor setup, can twin screens be used?

Hi, I use a PC usually with a single monitor, IIyama PL2760Q running at 2560 x 1440 at 144Mhz, but I’ve been given an Acer K222HQL running at 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz in portrait mode. This all works fine for general computer stuff and office work, but how do I, if it can be done, run War Thunder play screen on the main IIlama monitor and information, maybe the tactical map, etc on the Acer screen?

Is this even possible? I see no settings within War Thunder Options that even seem applicable.

Thanks. ;)

I don’t remember exactly, but there is an option in Nvidia Control Panel to set up multiple display, surround or something similar. Or AMD Eyefinity if you have a Radeon.
But it’s better to use identical resolution on both monitors.

You’ve got to set the primary monitor in the windows display configuration.

Then for the minimap on the acer screen the OP needs to open their webbrowser on that other monitor and use the IP:8111 address or something.

in the NVidia control panel go to 3D settings, sub category surround, PhysX. Then select span displays with surround, then click configure and click enable surround at the bottom right, Then make sure the game is Fullscreen windowed

just beware that if you have a 3monitor setup it will essentially make all three monitors just 1
