Is LMUR (Izdeliye 305) balanced vs the AGM-179 JAGM-MR (IR)?

Looking at the in-game stats, LMUR has a much bigger warhead and blast damage, plus long standoff range, but almost no armor penetration. Meanwhile the JAGM-MR has far stronger penetration (tandem HEAT) but a much smaller explosive mass, and slightly better speed.

So do you think this is balanced? One missile is basically pure blast/frag, the other is a dedicated AT weapon. Should they really be treated as equals in the same BR environment?

Only LMUR have real loft trajectory and they nerfed the few tanks which had HE top armor protection like Strv122 serie, and Merkava.

So LMUR doesn’t need tandem to OS everything.

And you can add that only russia and china has decent TWS radar to counter multiple missiles from helis…
