hi, i claimed my twitch drops approximately 48 hours ago but still have not received them.
i had previously earned the p40 several years ago but am still missing the Strv m/39.
my account remains connected, and I have never had this issue previously, most recently receiving drops last weekend.
what do i need to do?
Also missing them. I got the Pz III without any issues.
I have the same issue. I received the Pz III the week prior, and then later the P-40, both with no issue. However, I am yet to receive the strv m/39 even though my account is linked and I claimed it during the drops.
Edit: I just got the drop today, maybe it just takes some time to process idk

I waited 2 days, then lodged a support ticket after relogging multiple times and even being offline for a while, and as soon as I had submitted the ticket and went back in, bam, they were there…
i see it in my inventory now. the support ticket worked for me too, unless somehow i had missed it in my inventory.
Most likely coincidence. Update your ticket to say you’ve got it to help out the support guys. ;)
