Despite both being recorded in server replays, I do not have any of the rp gains or daily progress i should be getting from these games i played early in the morning. They do not show up in the message icon at the bottom of my screen however both games have existing server replays that clearly denote my rp gains, kills, etc How do i get what I am rightfully owed? https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/requests/3098275
i have exactly the same issue except with hundreds of thousands of rp and sl at once.
I have scourged the bug reporting site and reddit to be met with wall after wall. Every report ive found even from 3 years ago has gone NOWHERE, and they lost all their rp. Its pretty saddening when there is no visible solution to such an annoying problem.
there was this bug report Community Bug Reporting System which looked promising but got shut down with a copy paste that isnt even valid. Im asking a tech mod to take a look at this report so hopefully we’ll get a second opinion soon.
Ive created a support ticket describing the problem, but itll take at least 3 days to get a reply from them.
Its just a waiting game at the moment, and hopefully someone helps us.

i just expected the rewards to appear once the servers got fixed and theyre still not there
I also thought the server ‘fixes’ would solve the issue.
my game even ended hours before the server crashed so i physically dont understand how it even got bugged.

happened to me too. insanely frustrating… this game is often already bad enough and now i’m not even getting rewarded…
yeah, that sucks, but from my research, the missing rewards are gone forever and there is nothing that can be done.
I guess the only way of preventing it next time is to stop playing when the server hamster dies.

thats great, i got one a while ago after talking to support
in that one day of premium i unlocked so many modifications, on a side note it is night and day how easy the grind is with premium
