Missile red top brutal nerf

hello everyone, i been looking into datamines and notice one thing about one missile, red tops got their warhead explosive mass deduced from 18,14kg to 8,14kg and TNTe 23.22kg to 10.42kg,
…i really dont know what devs took but i really wanna know why they nerfed missile that is already bad even though its early missile, i found informations about red top

1st of all that is not how it works, if you think it is wrong you have to make a bug report

and second off all what you have shown isnt a source

Find me documents this is what I found on site from 8 years ago, and it’s already reported as bug
