How is a 10.0 airframe rated at 10.7 with no radar or advanced systems? Yes, it has flares, but they’re only useful for dodging some missiles. Bombing bases at 10.7 without CCIP/CCRP and computers is incredibly difficult, especially when other planes are faster and more maneuverable, and have better systems or more flares.
