yeah. the f1c is better because its a fighter. thats why it has a higher battle rating
oops replied to wrong thing
All good, fam. <3
I’m just saying its not among the best at 12.0 and it really shows in uptiers.
If it only had Magic 1s, then it could be 11.7, but it has the best IR missiles in the game [tied with 9M, AAM-3, and R-73].
So yeah, it’s stuck at 12.x for the rest of its life.
There are some under-BR’d 13.0s that need to be decompressed, but that’s not an excuse to make the F-1C OP.
The thing isn’t even the best 11.7.
So you think Mig-23MLD can have R-73s at 11.7? Cause that’s what you’re arguing with F-1C. Same exact 4 missile loadout at that point.
moving it down .3 Br wouldn’t make it op it would just face less radar missile busses that hard counter it every uptier. Also there isn’t a huge variety of 12.0s being mostly pd phantoms and some tornados which are fine at their br so I think the F1C sits with the F-104asa and the Kfir C.7 as the worst 12.0s.
So you also think Mig-23MLD with R-73s is 11.7 capable?
Except mig-23 has better flight performance, much faster speed, better radar and rwr and radar missiles that work much better.
no
How bad is the Mirages RWR? I highly doubt that it is worse than SPO-10 that’s on the MiG-23ML and MLA.
Mig-23MLD has an effectively identical RWR and radar, similar radar missiles, marginally better flight performance, similar top speeds, and far less countermeasures.
4 segments, only pulse or CW indicators. No launch warning.
Can’t remember how that compares to the Mig 23, but there’s your info on it.
Also no track warning
There’s also the 11.3 F-5E FCU with greater flight performance, easier to use cannons, significantly better RWR, though it lacks SARH missile. But you are effectively missing SARH with F1C unless you’re facing the blindest of players. Oh and also F5’s natural weirdness for locking IR aams on it.
You can work it out from pulse/cw indicators, same way you work out the launches. But yeah, they don’t make it easy to know without looking at it.
Python 3 and AIM-9L are vastly inferior to Magic 2s.
Pythons are just slightly better aim-9ls they don’t compare with magic 2s
Didn’t they get dual plane for their guidance? I don’t really care about Israeli missiles. Thought they ended up similar dual plane effectiveness, just minus IRCCM. At least, that’s what I was told.
Seems I was lied to reading up on it.
