I get it that having one mod per rank to research makes it the most difficult experience when it comes to spading the vehicle, but this is just the set game mechanic: the “rank” in research tab has N amount of XP that is meant to be divided between mods included in it. Had it 5 mods: there would be no problem.
But really it is just how mods for vehicles are balanced. Devs use the single established value format to avoid having to balance XP for mods for each individual vehicle… which would be an extra layer of stuff to get balanced (devs already have problems with existing balancing measures)
Yet, 75k for a single mod is hilarious, especially for something that doesn’t bring that much to aircraft

i didnt want to be the one to say it because it felt like an arbitrary point
because to gaijin it is logical to make the game painful to you so that you are more likely to spend money because that is ultimately their goal even if that is illogical to do whose goal is not to spend money on this game
