And also, doesn’t the MiG-29K have access to Astra now? Wouldn’t that push it higher?

I am not 100% knowledge of the mig29 but

Upg is a upgraded 9.12 to the smt standard with new radar and cas upgrade

Basically a 29smt with no fuel neck

From what I checked it has the Zhuk-M like the K, how does that compare to the SMT’s radar? I don’t know radars very well

Zhuk is just the radar family name, N010 is one of the variants in the zhuk family

By the way, I read somewhere that the MiG-29K was integrated with Astra, how does that affect its capabilities?
Is Astra superior to R-77?

I don’t know the performance of the astra missiles tbh so I can’t tell how it would compare to the R-77

Astra will be like a base 77 but i think a bit faster than it.

Astra Mk1 is on par with the R-77 while the Mk2 surpasses it significantly.
