MiG-29SMT has R-77s and R-73s. I’m assuming you mean a MiG-29 with only R-27s and R-73

sorry i didnt read all the way. 9.17 was upgraded to 9.19.

*technically 9.12 external with some 9.13 insides

9.17 was the first SMT attempt but got shelved and with several drawbacks (the dorsal spine extended too long it even blocked the upper airbrake, although later they did install a new airbrake onto revised spine with similar end piece to 9.15), 9.19 is the SMT we all familiar with today.

you might hate me for this but i think the UB was the better option
