these are, however, clearly have a wing from 29K, as well as airbrakes with a small ridge (not seen on this photo, as well as spine that looks similar to 29K).

yeah, it is much better look from this angle. Another 29K feature are those thingies on the LERX that drop down to add more lift during landing.

these?

yep, i forgor how they are called.

interesting thing about 29K wing - because leading edge slat is made out of 2 pieces (because of a folding mecahnism), apparently both pieces controlled independently and can deploy at different positions if required.

154 apparently also has 2-piece slats despite not having foldable wing ridge, maybe later installment?

you sure the 2 piece slats wasn’t a feature on all 9.15s? here is 155 looks like it has a 2 piece slat

if you look at OVT, it seems to have a single piece slat.

and it is one of the 9.15 airframes.

actually 155 has a single piece slat it just looked like a 2 piece due to the line on it

also it seems that only 9.15 wing can carry 8 R-77s. So far only 155 and 156 airframes photos have either 8 R-77s or at least R-77s installed on outermost pylons. All airframes with K wing only have photos with R-73s on those pylons.

All 9.41 based planes are able to use 6x R77 max according to their website

Here’s for the naval variant

They also seem to have a lowered top speed, going from the 1500 km/h at sea level for the mig-29m 9.15 to 1400 km/h

My dream mig-29

Mig-29ovt/156 ultimate fictional mashup - 10 missiles with the mock up wingtip r73s for 8 r77s and 2 r73s total air to air loadout, Zhuk ae radar that was proposed for it and the full proposed 120 cm suite.

Would be greatest mig 29 possible really

considering that this is where L-150 antennas are placed on MiG-29M/K - welcome back, SPO-15

Am I blind/shizo, or different MiG-35s have different wings?

If you mean different airframes that were named “MiG-35” troughout the different airshows/competitions? Yes, they have. But current iteration of MiG-35 has the naval wing with bigger flaps and a ridge where it suppose to fold (but from my undersanding actual folding mechanism is removed), as well as 2-piece leading edge slats.

you can see the differences between regular and naval wing on these 2 pictures.

Hmm, both 155 and 156 airframes have small round bits on the wingtips that look very similar to L-150 antennas on later MiGs or at least mounting points for them. MiG-35 made from 154 airframe also has them.

155 was also used for guided A2G weapons tests, most notably Kh-31A (probably that’s why most of 155 photos have it with some sort of A2G ordnance equipped).

156 was used for fire control system tests and the only one with 8 R-77s equipped on photos.
