Not really sure, but the USSR tech tree is one of the next candidates to get a rank 8 premium, so it would be kinda funny if we finally get a new MiG and it ends up being a 80$ premium.

They could add 9-13S at 13.0 without R77 but with R73 and not only would it not change the game at all, but it makes sense to do so. The soviet tree needs a flight worthy MiG29 with R-73. The Germans have one, given the recent BR changes, the soviets should now.

19M isn’t that much better. It’s differences would be similar to things like different APG 68 variants.
Maybe more range and slightly better tracking but nothing crazy

no the closest is the 9.18 variant which is the same as the 9.19 SMT except the fat spine
