Honestly I just hope it gets it back or gets better weapons, even more better if they’re western weapons (as it uses the same computing system found on the LanceR)

Jokes aside, I know it’s an abysmal FM, so yeah, a 29 with better flight performance than the SMT and with 73’s would be nice.

I dont have smt yet but i will likely run r77/r27et. i really like r77s
29SMT at least has a good radar and armaments to offset the meh FM
Well, you can definitely feel the extra weight on it, I honestly prefer to run plain and simple 6x R-77 loadout
Extra and single pop countermeasures are also nice
Yeeeah… but you also gonna be fighting other top with their Fox-3s, so not much of the improvements

I did tests the MiG-29 9-12.
If you open the “practical aerodynamics of the MiG-29 aircraft”, you can see that the 9-12 weighing 14,200 kg should accelerate from 660 to 1020 km/h (350-550 knots) at an altitude of 1 km in 10 seconds, but in the game it does this exercise in 12 seconds. (20% time difference)
Further, at the very beginning, on page 12, acceleration with 80% remaining fuel (fuel consumption 20%) is indicated, acceleration from 600 to 1100 km/h in 13.5 seconds, in the game it does this exercise in 16 seconds.

I do think it’s one of most undeserved nerf…
Like it’s a 29, it already doesn’t have much going for it…
Compared to the F-18 premium, or even the rtx, it’s ridiculous

Has anyone done bug reports regarding apparent thrust missing in the MiG-29? was reading the thread and heard that it should have around 7.8 tf, with channel lose. Thats quite a bit of an improvement from the 6.8 tf we have as of now.
Keep the hopium high, we might be cooking something with the addition of the SNIPER.

Strongly suggest that you change the video, let me explain why:
Gaijin doesn’t accept usage of WTRTI for bug reports for some reason. I feel like it didn’t play a significant role but better safe than sorry.
The best way to do bug reports is using the localhost HTML. I dont remember the exact process to use it but someone here should know.
