Maybe it’s a take-off mode like on Su-33? It also overheats the engines if you are at low speed because it goes into take-off thrust mode
i think something is just wrong atm since i went in to air battles and my engines straight up died from overheating at the end of the game

they should have added the twin seater configuration, it would be lighter
emergecy thrust mode is what was wispered to me
ontop of that the engien will self destruct at 110% throttle
so if you dont want that to happen you have to fly at 109% throttle which outputs more or less the same thrust as the 29M
