With less flares than J-15T i am happy that it is at 13.7, we still have MiG-35 for higher tiers

hmm yes no, its a bit of a double edged sword
better missiles but BR increase with a poor defensive suite
The nuke event was a decent demo of how planes with less flares could still operate, so there’s still hope for the mode they’re working on
More weight than the MiG-29M and almost the same power as the RD-33K, I’m afraid it’ll be the 13.7 SMT, and that’s without even counting the flares and RWR. But it’s a nice addition

But is it actually heavier than M? Because 9.31 certainly is, but that thing didn’t had as much composites in it.
The 29M is going to be better anyway. I hope they give it some treatment this update, but having the 29K would still be nice for simulator battles on the Denmark map
yefim gordons 2019 book states 11000kg emtpy weight for the mig-35 and mig-29m 9.41
altough it doesnt give an empty weight for the 29k

This is actually lighter than 29M 9.15
I guess it will be around 12 tons, close to 9.31 but it should be lighter than actual 9.31
If it’s actually lighter than the 29M, it could be good, considering the RD-33MKs are slightly more powerful. But since it’s a two seater, the drag is a concern, because that could play a pretty big role against it
it will depend on gaijin modelling. It also has bigger wing area compared to 9.15
well, 29K is after Yak-141, so it is located in a right branch lol

also should they rename it to MiG-29KR, since MiG-29K usually referred to those made for Indian Navy? (and possibly gonna be added to UK tt theoretically)

Don’t forget drag shute container option, would be cool to have (although gaijin adds hook strings on the airfrields this update as well)
