There are really active squadrons that allow anybody in just to research squadron vehicles. You can get thousands of RP every day from them.

I already do that. You are still limited to 20k per 3 days. All in all I am just glad that we finally moving from Fulcrum hell of MiG-29SMT being peak Fulcrum

Okay, I can say for sure that the 9-15 had an L-150. I didn’t notice that the L-150’s rear antennas were on the wings.
The OVT has the same thing.
But 9-19R has another placement

That’s not literally true. Discrete azimuth zone shifting is only available when manual zone control is selected. Automatic control is also available.
There are no specified restrictions regarding elevation angle.
This is about the Su-27, but the essence is the same.
Mostly since 9-19R is a retrofit after it was built unlike the others that had it built in with the design
