I never noticed that the 9.41s had these sick vortex generators that pop out when you drop the flaps.

You mean Krueger flaps? How can you be in MiG-29 thread for so long and never noticed us talking about them?
This is the first time I’ve heard of them. But they look cool as hell.
They were added to 9.41 airframes to increase lift so it could land with a lower speed.
I figured as much, They remind me alot of the dogtooth on the MiG-23s.
Albiet, they serve a different purpose. But still, it’s a sharp edge on the LERX.
they are differ from the usual Krueger flap position, that is true. Flaps on LERX is something i saw only on MiG-29K and MiG-35

MiG-29M Is 9.41SM? I thought it would just be 9.41S
There are 9.41S, 9.41SM and 9.41SR (but this one i’m not sure about)
9.41S was first MiG-29M (for the Syrian contract if i’m not mistaken) and most notable feature of it is that it doesn’t have a refueling probe. Later 9.41S and 9.47S prototypes (741 and 747) were used for MiG-35 probram and now are MiG-35 technology demonstrators.
9.41SM are export MiG-29M for Algeria and Egypt. They have refueling probe, but the difference in terms of avionics isn’t particularly known.
And 9.41SR seems to be a MiG-35 airframe designation, but i am not sure how correct it is.

Of course Su-35 and Su-35S are different. One is a Su-27M, which isn’t at all related to the Su-27SM.
you forgot about Su-35 which is an export version of Su-35S
There is also an Su-35UB which is not dual seater Su-35 or Su-35S or Su-27M but instead an amalgamation of Su-30MK and Su-30MK2 best design features into a single aircraft
