There is no Russian alternative no? the closest thing would be a stealth cruise missile which then would of course lead to people wanting jassm, storm shadow etch…

After playing with the F-15 GE, it seems that the issue is not exclusive to the R-77. The likely cause is the extended AOA on the missiles, since I’ve also seen some of my aim-120ds spin out of the sky when trying to re-lock. The higher the AOA the missile pulls the more noticeable this effect becomes.

Ngl, the radar’s 120° scan limit is much more noticeable than I expected, especially when trying to defend and attack at the same time. Most other fighters at the same BR or higher have a wider scan coverage, so they can keep contacts inside the radar’s field with less risk

Try the IR trick. MiG-35 gets a 90 degree IR HMS. Just lock with IR and then change to PD. There is a moment u can launch your r77-1
