It was only a proposal afaik, but it was supposed to be a MKK with a ESA radar.
I think one of the proposals was a Zhuk radar and one was N001VEP Pero but I’m not sure. There isn’t a lot of info on it afaik.
To be fair i think it’s not MSFE version but just a giant Zhuk-M in terms of technology.

you sure it’s a Zhuk? You might be confusing it with mechanical Bars on Su-27M. That thing has ±90 in every direction

well gordons book mentions the Su-35UB was tested with the Zhuk-MSE, if that is true idk
