Well, here is the issue with your argument:
The Mig-25 pulled 11.5 G once , it didn’t break into a millions pieces mid air. But the damage were intensive enough that it was written off.
F-4 even pulled 12.5G once, it required inspection, but there were no damage.
So no, their “feat” aren’t exactly equal.
Besides, like I said before, there are plenty of niche factors that make these kind of “maximum G ever pulled” quite useless as a basic to make comparison between 2 aircraft
1- How heavy were these fighters when they made these turn?
2- How long did these turn last?
3- can these feat be replicated again and again or is it a one in a million chance where pilot got lucky?
4- Was the pilot pulling as hard as the aircraft could physically withstand, or as hard as himself could personally tolerate? Even if F-4 can withstand 16G, could the pilot himself tolerate that?
5- Was the air density high enough/aircraft light enough so that the wing generate enough lift for >12G pull?.
May be, but ability to tolerate G force is also different from person to person. Hence the reason why I said there are ways too many niche factors that essentially make it impossible to make comparison from things that happened once
When you are just enjoying talking about feats of USSR aircrafts there will always be some random dude that will jump the convo with “achually US plane did it bettah”
just a small note, the average speed would realistically be around mach 3.7, (1111m/s at 15-20km altitude) as the 100km in 90s claim is probably only possible in these higher altitudes, making the mach number a bit higher than sea level (mach 3.3)
from available footage of meteor firings, this boost stage lasts somewhere in between 3-2 seconds, and an A3M source states the boost burn time is 2.3 seconds
