Not at all, you’re thinking of the “Korzhooyev style” MiG-31BM (izd.01BM), the MiG-31BM’s in service in the VKS are the “Nitkitin style” ones (izd.01BM Type28/58/78)
That is the loadout of the “Korzhooyev style” prototypes, not the loadout of the ones in service in the VKS, the ones in the VKS do not have any air to ground capabilities except the MiG-31K which is a dedicated platform to the 9S-7760 (Kh-47M2/Khinzal if you wish)
