It also confused me for a relatively long time.
This image claims to be of an Mig25-BM (the SEAD Mig25 w/o IRST), but can carry r60 and bombs and sead stuff… Got it from the website below (Claims to be a BL Mig25BM, perharps it is the Mig25RBM) (MAYBE THIS TIME IT IS THE MIG25)
Some sources that claim to be of Mig25BM also say that there is “early” and “late” ones, where early ones received SPO-10 and later ones receiving SPO-15
From outside both BM and PD pictures have the same “antennas” on wingtips
Almost done with the important mods (G suit for this thing is a joke ngl); Having a good time so far, not an easy jet to play, especially when you need to manage a bad radar like this one, but the missiles are amazing when you are able to sneak up on enemies.
Good reward tbh, pls MiG-31 be tech tree though.

I’d like to see some early variant too rather than only slap a modern one at top tier, like a 31 with R-33’s and such.
I think the MiG line or the bomber/interceptor line could be suited for that addition;
Since they finally opened the door with the 25 I have high hopes to see the Foxhound this year :)

Interceptor bomber, the Su-34 one, I could see the leaked Su-15 there too
Didn’t know there were interceptors there but if so then it does fit there too
Su-34 is a fighter bomber/ frontline bomber
the closest thing to an interceptor in that line is the YAK-28B which is a bomber thats based on an interceptor iirc
the Mig and Su lines are the interceptor lines both the Migs and the later Su’s were used as interceptors

i also thought about, where gaijin could put the Mig-31 (assuming it wont be a premium/event/squadron vehicle) but if you put it behind the 29SMT then a Mig-35 or Mig-29M might be a bit weird behind the Mig-31

Yeah to be fair the other Yak-28 variant is more of an interceptor, the one with missiles, but ofc we don’t have that in the game. Could be an idea for a folder tbh.
