Yeah its MLA. But I think that MLD should have at least those functions aswell. Now in game there is no difference between MLA and MLD radars except names (what is weird but probably because lack of informations).
Edit: I don’t know what characteristics that functions have. My knowledge of Russian language is limited. I can’t say if they are functions similar to MTI or what it’s like there.
