Mig-25 PD radar is stuck in 30km scope scale

I can’t change the radar scope scale on mig 25. I can change radar scope scales on other aircraft like F-14B and F-16A

You have to gain a little altitude before you can change it, unfortunately it’s how the radar was designed

look up “change radar/ IRST scope scale” in controls and set it up👍
