Mig-23ML is Rank 7. If any new things are Rank 9. (which is possible) then it wouldnt be any good anyway. Besides it soviet. Will always be over-tuned and good.
But yes, they probably will get a new top tier premium this update

The MiG-23ML manual is not some secret. They just don’t want people uploading documents where the public can quickly download and distribute before staff has been able to confirm that they are public and usable for reports.

yeah but becuase of people trying to leak confidential ones, GJ added this system that hides eveyrything that’s not a screenshot
99% of these things aren’t leaks, rather just the sharing of already leaked information obtained elsewhere sometimes even available to a simple Google search.
It’s just a policy from gaijin to cover themselves.
it does not matter if something is in public domain. It does not make it unclassified and hence can cause troubles to GJ.

Yes but you miss the point… they are unclassified and are not “leaks”. As I said, this doesn’t make it permissible for gaijin to allow it’s distribution. They have rules regarding these things and a measure to ensure they don’t anger the wrong people is the hidden file upload. Staff can investigate documentation and decide if it is usable or not before forwarding reports to the devs and keep themselves out of trouble.

Japan’s 11.0 prem is hot garbage, far more so than the MiG-23 even postnerf.
I say this as someone who had to grind the nonprem version out, it’s painful.

My problem is i disable “Constant elevation of radar antena” and it seem to be not working
