MiG-21bis modification tree changes

Hello folks.

The default weapon presets on the MiG-21bis are allowing it to equip 2xR-60M and 2x-R3R.

For what reason do we need a Tier 1 mod for R-3S?
It makes absolutely no sense at 11.3 to have such modification. Like a F-4E (at the same BR) having a AIM-9B mod. Which in fact it does not have. It starts with AIM-9Es and AIM-7Es and has a mod to increase the number of them per rail.

As such, i suggest the removal of the Tier 1 R3-S modification and moving up the sequence of modifications up. This way the R-3R becomes Tier 1 (4x R-3R instead of 2). Then at Tier 2 you get R-13M mod and at Tier 3 you get the R-60M mod for 4xR-60M.

There are other possible variations of the change, with the simplest one just removing the R-3S mod and leaving everything else as is.

Oh cmon, it aint bad… it could be 13.0 aircraft with default preset of 2 all-aspect IRs and 2 Fox-3 with first missile tech being rear-aspect IRs

Its a relic from years ago IIRC, before stock missiles you had to research the basic missiles first to even have anything at all, then they made it so that x2 of the basic IR missiles would come stock - but kept the research modification around to make you grind for more of the basic IR missile before you can research improved IR missiles lol. I would agree if the x2 stock missiles you start with are better than what is researchable they should get rid of them entirely.
