I disagree if someone competent is at the helm the su33 should be untouchable by any of the agile fighters at the br.(ignoring 13.7+ cause theyre in a different universe)
24/7 TWS HDN except some situations i use TWS
with TWS you can quickly cycle through targets and you dont have to hard lock them every time to find their real location unlike SRC.
i use HDN to see only enemies currently facing me (higher priority) and to filter out the ones that are flying away from me and aren’t currently posing a threat
manual controls really carries flanker radar, without it it’s pretty bad becuase it doesn’t have auto tracking for elevation in tws which means you have to manually slew the radar up and down to follow a target, but other than that its fine
Yea su33 is just that bad
the best 13.0 ? its not the best DF plane but not horrible and dogfights are pretty rare cause your forced into FOX-3 and R27ER can compete with them
thats wrong standard SU27 makes 11,040 stock SU33 makes 12,040 and can go bar for bar with SU30SM in a brawl fight
In an actual match is a different story, but in a dogfight the su33 is indeed horrible
still i could think of worse DF planes at BR R73s and a very nice instant turn amazing
1 instant turn that makes u lose all ur speed then ur falling outta the sky
aim good j35 same way and things still amazing
Because the draken actually has a resemblance of lift, as well as not being heavy as the 33

I think 240CM(120pop) is still quite a big amount of countermeasures
Don’t forget that there are quite much of planes that retains 60 or fewer CM in stock.

Isn’t it true that F-15 is carrying one of the biggest amounts of countermeasures if we exclude external countermeasure pods? :|
I admit both Tonka and SHAR were the worst planes in the nearby radius of BR, though.

I stand corrected then, turns out the su33 is better than a 10.3 plane, still doesn’t take out the fact that the su33 is one of the worst performing aircrafts in a dogfight compared to the stuff it faces due to it being the 2nd or 3rd worst flanker variant as far as dogfight performance goes.
Not a complaint, just a correction, yes Su-33 does have less effective CM but it isn’t as big a difference as it seems immediately
I would’ve agreed if I could unlock BOL in a single modification in tier 1 just like EFT or Mirage 2K does… :(
