Your stats seem to agree with that but then why are you crying here all the time? If you struggle with a plane, stop blaming the plane and learn its playstyle instead. I’m a really bad player and die all the time but I don’t come cry here that the Mirage IIIC and F-8E(FN) should both be 8.0…
Some planes just do need it, the MiG-19 is both fast and agile so it’s pretty straightforward why it needs to be experted/aced. It’s just an issue of the game overall, not the plane.
I never had that kind of issue, I’m tempted to assume your posts still tended to blame the game rather than insisting on your skill issue (it’s very important when asking for help, so people feel important when they help you).
Overall you’re asking for a plane that is already really strong where it is to go down and worsen the already harsh compression. Just imagine a 8.0 facing it…

Yeah well I was overreacting but even when I say I have a skill issue and people try and help they can never give me any meaningful advice that I dont already know. I appreciate people trying to help but some aircraft just dont work for me
Mk 103s don’t do that much damage anymore unless they fixed them in the last 12 months

If an aircraft doesn’t work for you, you don’t need to play it, that’s why there’s many planes in the game you know… The MiG-19 can’t go down in BR at all, if anything it should go up with decompression. If you’re not gonna ask for help then fine, but please do not make more posts like this, they bring nothing to anyone and people will just mock you (as you can already see)

Expert is available for Sl, so that’s no problem. I never flew a plane without expert.
Ace is available by playing. With premium time it’s about 350 kills and some ground targets. I only bought it once, for the Ariete.
Question is, do you need the thrust? Most of the time I have to use airbrake to dogfight another subsonic.
I fly with 16min fuel, climb without AF and are still in front of the team in downtier. Especially in downtiers, most planes fly slower than 1100kph. You need no AF at all for this speeds. And even to gain speed, 102-103% thrust is enough most of the time.
Some random tips to play any mig19 platform, including A-5C etc…
-These jets sip fuel, avoid bringing too much of it because in most matches 15min is enough. Heavy fuel loads will make high speed compression even worse. Cruise at mil power or low afterburner, using full afterburner above 1100kph is a waste of fuel because you won’t get much faster.
-Airbrake to 950kph or less before trying to gun something down, so high speed compression is not as bad.
-Avoid lowering the throttle too much, use airbrake instead. These engines take too long to spool up so if you drop your throttle and accelerate again to 110% it will take some seconds before you build full thrust and you will lose a lot of energy as a result.

Since you’re a prop player, let me give you a somewhat accurate comparison. The MiG-19s are the Yak-3Us of 9.3.
You’re the god king of energy, able to easily outaccelerate and outclimb anything you meet in a 1v1. Accordingly, any fight you take vertical will be an easy win for you.
You’re also fairly agile, so long as you don’t compress, something that’s very easy to accidentally do owing to your absurd energy. Though the MiG-19 gets an airbrake, which makes it much easier to manage.
Your firepower isn’t as generous as other nation’s equivalents, but with good aim it’s more than enough.
And the only things that can beat it are dedicated turnfighters if you play it wrong (Zeros/Arietes), and planes you can only meet in an uptier which play by a completely different ruleset (Early jets out running you, high G missiles oneshotting you if you misposition).
It’s not a perfect analogy. The Yak-3U is more agile in comparision to it’s contemporaries than the MiG-19 is, so it can be flown much more sloppily and you’ll still get good results out of it. But, conversely, the MiG-19’s advantages in energy are so absurd that you practically cannot be out energied by anything, while a Yak-3U has to be careful of dedicated boom and zoomers for at least a few initial passes if they have energy in the tank.

Stuff like the soggy2/ariete can hold their own against a mig19, and if played correctly a hunter fga9 can also hold its own against a mig19.
Apart from that the only issue the mig19 has is the godawful 9.0-10.7 compression, its quite unfun when 9/10 matches are uptiers and you cant do much bc a mig21MF smites you from the heavens

FGA.9 gets absolutely destroyed, and the Ariete/sag are the only jets that can take on a MiG-19. There is nothing a Hunter can do against a halfway decently played MiG-19. It does not turn as well and its much worse at climbing/accel/speed.
Tbf it may aswel be bc i play the hunter at min fuel with external tanks that get dropped once i start an engagement that has allowed me to win quite a few 1v1s against mig19s. Again it may be that
Pilot error, nothing more. MiG-19 is a large deal better than a FGA.9 in every metric other than guns. You could be on 30 seconds of fuel and he could be on max fuel, he is still better in every way.
tho MiG-19S can be lowered to 9.0 (there’s 9.0 aircraft with missiles like the F-86F-40/CL-13B/F-86K), MiG-19PT is amazing if u know how to play it right.
it’s fast and has amazing climb rate, the cannons slap (but they’re kinda slow and have low ammo), 2 R-3S is more than enough if u know how and when to spend them, and u can carry 16 S-5K to use as flares if u face an A-10 or smth.
climb high and use it as a BnZoomer, get in dogfights if u know u can beat the enemy (u’re obviously not going to dogfight a F-86 or a Hunter, hell naw even Alpha Jet has better turning thx to the massive flaps), like F-100D or Lightning F.6.
that’s the answer from a russian main that has played (and spaded) MiG-19PT on his way to the Flankers and slightly better stats than the average MiG-19PT player.

Literally the best dogfighter at 9.3.
