Reduction of a weapon count does not result in BR decrease, you can have a single LMUR, and it will automatically go up to 13.0 lmao. You still have pylons full of Atakas and Vikhrs. 4 LMURS and 6 beam riders would still be an incredible loadout. Come on dude, you know better than that.

Reduction of weapon count does and has resulted in BR decreases:
JH-7, F-5, Gripen, etc are all lower BRs than equivalent flight performance jets with more missiles.
Lynx is a lower BR than AH-64DJP.
If your theory was correct, then JH-7A and JH-7 would be the same BR.
Lynx and AH-64DJP would be the same BR.
I don’t want the Mi-28NM to be a lower BR. [My only take in this post.]

so its mean that if they add the ka52m, it would still be a 13.0 even tho it can use max 4 lmur. i guess the mi28 is still going to be the op one

that was… what, 4 kills with 16 missiles ?
LMUR is the exact example of what is wrong with the devs implementation :

it lofts with a decent attack angle and hits the roof, unlike all other missiles that are also supposed to do it but don’t in game (Spikes, PARS, Hellfires, Akeron)

The SAP warhead, which is more tailored for light vehicles and fixed targets, is somehow more efficient than tandem HEAT against tanks
All helis with this feature are a problem, though i suggest you read the topic’s title and first post again, as it is specifically about LMURs

I don’t know about PARS and spike but changing the warhead on JAGM to the same type as M908 on Abrams can help
I sure do love having my Merkava’s roof armor nerfed to allow the Mi-28NM LMUR to kill it.

Here in War Thunder, it makes sense that a 200mm composite slab designed for Chemical Protection spaced off a 40mm internal armor plate only results in 50mm of HE protection.
Seriously though. It was underperforming before by a lot, and now it doesn’t exist. That roof protection in Gaijin’s eyes is about the same in thickness as a Type 10.

Lemurs don’t really act like heat warheads unlike spikes because of the kill potential.
