I’m a German player and I want to use the MiG 23 BN plane at rank 6. Does it make sense? It’s very fast and carries bombs that can destroy 2 bases. I think it makes sense for this.
Not the best choice for base-busting, and I am not sure its bomb load will actually take out a base, but it is a decent fighter. Fast and nimble enough to escape when things go wrong, so use it for hit and run strikes and air superiority; avoid prolonged turning fights. If you want guaranteed ground damage, pick a dedicated attacker with heavier ordnance or guided weapons; otherwise the MiG can hold its own in a dogfight and get you out alive.
I think you are limited in wing sweep with fire bombs equipped. After you bomb a base it’s unironically really good as a fighter if you’re careful. Manually set wing sweep to 0 as early as possible and you will win isolated fights even vs the j7d.
Yes, it can. 4 napalms can destroy 2 bases, or 4 x 500 kg for 1 base, i’m almost sure the 8 x 250 kg can bust a base and it have highest multiplier for reward.
