MI-28NM received DIRCM, protection against all missiles. DEV

a cannon.

So surely the Puma ifv IRCM will be fixed right? Or is it just Russian things that work?

But isn’t this LDIRCM?

It’s an IR dazzler. Completely useless against most IR missiles.

No, Rosette Lamps are omnidirectional

You can find similar ones on Hinds

That is, they do not have the same magical barrier as the Mi-28?

Nope, not even close

the only apachee in game is from 1998 fighting brand new state of the art sams…

and doesnt even have its contemporary missiles

and the hellfires in game are modeled terribly with an awful flight profile that combines the downsides of of its direct and top attack profiles with none of the benefits of either

Im aware, the Hellfire k we have in game is the Hellfire k block 1, not even the extended range or added tracking systems. The hellfire K2A could give us longer range while still be laser guided, or gaijin could just add the long bow…

even if they just fixed the flight profile it would be nice, right now they dont top attack like they should while having the time to target of the highest lofting flight profile

With the new sams the only way the apachee could be competitive is with the hellfire Ls or the hellfire M

Therefore, the US should have been engaged not in the military-industrial complex, but in developing magical skills.

Common Infrared Countermeasure Systems Approved by US Army for Early Fielding

Feb. 9, 2023 – Northrop Grumman Corporation’s (NYSE: NOC) Common Infrared Countermeasures (CIRCM) system has achieved Initial Operational Capability (IOC). With IOC, the U.S. Army demonstrated the ability to field, employ and maintain CIRCM in significant quantities on its rotary wing platforms. This milestone advances the accelerated fielding of CIRCM systems on more than 1,500 Army aircraft. CIRCM has met the IOC requirements for UH-60M, HH-60M, CH-47F and AH-64Es.

It’s also worth noting that it only uses ~200 watts of power so it’s not achieving missile defeat by destructive methods either.

Unfortunately it’s on a different platform/helicopter than the current one in game
