+1, provided the Merkava’s are fixed. Otherwise I don’t really see a point. Can it get a better round to differentiate it from the 4M?
They could potentially add the LAHAT missile, but I don’t see them adding a new round. The M338 is the DM53 from the German line. Just domestically produced. The L/44 barrel gives it its penetration of 611 compared to the L/55 on the German line for 652. As to why the PSO with an L/44 is getting 623 no one knows except the devs.

65 tons? Yeah no. I don’t believe for a second that it weighs the same as the Mk.3…
The MK4M is 65T. At least listed. Estimated 65.5T which is what is used in the game. As this is basically a MK4M with some small changes, and since that’s what is listed, it’s a good bet it’s in that ballpark.

Israeli state media states 80 tons. Not to mention some claimed Merkava Mk.4 crewmen on the forums also say this.
Anyone with two braincells can look at the Merkava Mk.3, then the Namer (even though it’s a significantly larger and up armored hull, it’s missing the bloody turret), and easily determine that the Mk.4s weight is inaccurate. The sources for 65 tons are clearly wrong.

It very well could be. That’s why I say ‘At least listed’. 2.5 years after that report and they haven’t done anything so… As regards to this, the -400 submark changes wont add 15t to the mk4m so that issue has to be outside the purview of the MK4M-400 and a broader MK4 question.

What if this can have like arcade battles spotting for tanks in RB and sim. Also 3rd person view in sim.
3rd person would be too much for sim, it would be way too much of an advantage. However TVD for GRB in third person might be doable, it’s already possible ingame (as has been seen with bugs in the past).
