The fact that even the moderators can’t agree on such a significant error suggests that reports are only accepted and corrected depending on the developers’ interests. If the most well-documented report isn’t of interest to the developers, the moderators either reject it or accept it only to leave it in the “accepted” status for as long as necessary until people forget about it.

You just have to do one very simple thing. You just have to stop for a moment and think about which tanks have huge problems and serious flaws in the realism, type it into the search bar in the reports section, and at that moment you can put your hands to your head and see how much the developers care about important reports.

Ima say it again. The devs are 100% only gonna fix all Western armor once they start adding futuristic prototype tanks like the CATTB with over 1000mm of pen. That way, the 600mm of armor on a Merkava or Type 10 doesn’t matter anyway when it’s added.

Wasn’t armor on some merkavas nerfed because players complained it was too strong?
They nerfed both Merkava 4’s and Strv122’s roof composite armor because LMUR couldn’t overpressure those tanks, they did it without any source tho.

It’s actually the opposite from what I know of the nerfs for merks. I Don’t know anyone who complained about them, if so that’s crazy considering the whole tank is penetrated frontally anywhere you aim. (Even 10.0 darts can pen it) As far as my knowledge goes, Gaijin has considered their composition worse than rubber fabric screens in ke effectiveness. They nerfed the armor modifier for engines into the ground. They “fixed a bug” that nobody in the community ever even put a report in for or even heard of, for the roof armor apparently acting as “one solid piece of armor” (which in actuality they nerfed the roof armor values even though it’s 200 mm thick) at the same time as adding the lmur to guarantee it one taps it. And now recently with the mk3’s and below changed the lower front plate to CHA from RHA. Love how they will look at merkava armors but won’t actually implement the report that was made 3 years ago proving the armor values are to low and mislabeled.
