I didn’t ask a “why” question, I asked a “how” question.
The answer you gave corresponds to a question akin to “Why are these vehicles still in the game?”, not to one that’s asking “How can something be too unrealistic and not unrealistic enough at the same time?”.
Say Smin, not to take this too far off-topic, but I forget if I’ve asked this before. What is Gaijin’s stance on implementing a more accurate variant of the Panther II? For example, the Panther II with the schmale Blendenausführung or the American modified Panther II with the G turret. Is there any possibility that the Panther II could return in that way or has that been completely ruled out?

Not gona happen. At this point all BP vehilces should be removed because there are players who cant and never will get them. You need to start accpeting and move on. Its over. You will not get the correlion you will not get the panther 2. As others will not get the BP vehicels.
Honestly every battle pass ever since the first 2-3 have been less and less incentivized the players to bother. The one benefit to this one I guess is that there aren’t any copy and paste vehicles.

War Thunder removes fake vehicles when suitable replacements are available. They will never remove vehicles from any account, so they just remove the ability to get them.
My friend never buys the battlepass because it’s too long to grind. I’m getting tired of the ridiculous grind for worse rewards. I don’t understand the strategy gaijin has here, the worse they make things the less money they will get. The only positive is a chance at getting older rare vehicles.
Discouraging Players (in this case vehicle collectors) from playing is still against the Rules. Why should we step back just because of some outdated principles. Vehicle Exclusivity ain’t right and it never was, it unnecessarily divides the Community and causes dissent.
This is s poor approach. Either they stop with the former or the latter.

They were an ill-conceived Gaijin mistake like so many other mistakes that War Thunder made and cannot roll back now. They are still making them if this BP is anything to go by : )
When you get down to it, there are a lot of people in this playerbase the world who don’t know what they really want.
They flip around like flags on poles.

If it is any consolation, in the vast Omniversal Quantum Sea there are countless Bubbles in our Multiverse foam somewhere there you got a fancy Naval Reward for this Battlepass.
Of course the Omniverse can be anything to any being at all “Times” since it is omnidimensional. Can be an Omniverse forest of “Trees” or an infinite Mountain range also.
BP is getting worse and worse. We got 4 vehicles in the first few Seasons. For 2000Ge.
Then down to 3 + 10 days prem acc. Now down to 2 vehicle and 10 days prem acc.
And a box with reward that we can’t sell. And we get some SL if we have the vehicles already. Still at the same price?
Back in the old days of warbond shop. We could get old event vehicles from boxes. And we could also sell those. But Gaijin removed that box.
Sure this “new” box in BP is good for those that do not have said reward. But for those of us that plays way too much WT. And already have those boats. We get screwed.
We get some shitty SL instead. They could at least give those vehicles in the new box as coupons. So we can sell them. We won’t get much.
But its at least better then what ever SL we will get. Doubt it will be over 1 mil.
Glad i’m getting the Battle pass for free since i get the upgrade coupons.
Because the Battle pass ain’t worth it any more.

The smart thing to do would have been to alt it out with the 10 days of premium, so the pass returns to a potential of 4 vehicles, even if one is a repeat, and doesn’t take away from players who have all the box vehicles already such as myself. The issue is with the current layout for this pass is i am effectively paying for the privilege of grinding to get 1 vehicle, as the pbm-5a is the free prize, so i am effectively paying in if i want one vehicle.

Having a reduction in BP rewards, does that mean its going to cost less ???
Just don’t compensate us with SL… we don’t want that. What is the use of 1, 3 or whatever million SL for a person that randomly throws around like 60 million on each SL boxes since he has nothing to do with that?
Just give us something we actually use as compensation
