I have to ask, is this going to be the new format going forward BP-wise? Ie only two new vehicles and one trophy containing previous rewards?
If so I have to say, it sort of feels like a downgrade. Just considering we started with four unique vehicles and are now down to only two. That said at least the plane and tank are neat and I’ll at least be able to get one of the boats…
It’s only a downgrade if you already have the previously available rewards that are being offered in each of the future BPs.
Otherwise this is a step up as it means there will be less exclusivity.
not at all, I never said that. But I am saying that they have decided to make BP noticeably worse for anyone who already has all the vehicles in the crate. And since these vehicles weren’t available as coupons and can’t be bought, that means players who did put in the time and effort necessary to earn them … the dedicated WT players I mentioned.
Don’t buy it if you don’t think the other vehicles are worth the asking price, easy as that.
And don’t even get me started on the people that think previous event vehicles shouldn’t be made available for anyone else.
I am happy with the BP and am looking forward to the anniversary sale, no need for an alternative.
I would be really happy with it if Sholef was what it is suposed to be. Current version is just a reskinned M109. I’ll happily throw my money at Gajin if they fix that

I think the trophy is a good idea don’t get me wrong and I think the pool should be expanded upon to include non coupon vehicles as well. What I was saying is at this point we’ve gone down from four unique vehicles to three, and now to only two. I’m just curious as to why the trophy is replacing a vehicle rather than complementing it.
I don’t have problem with previous vehicles being made available for new players … but it shouldn’t be done by making BP worse for those who already have these vehicles. They could have the trophy crate with previous vehicles as aditional reward somewhere at lvl100+ (that’d nicely fix the fact that they downgraded the BP earlier to only 3 vehicles instead of 4), if someone wants vehicle they missed OK, they can earn it if they put a bit of effort into it. Replacing 1/3 of vehicle rewards with this is just really lazy …
Yeah. We already have the VLT-2. Another premium French coastal boat would be a nice help for when the French coastal tree arrives.
I believe they are slowly realizing that they are running out of vehicles to put into events and BPs.
What they should have done imo is include a voucher in the previous vehicles box for the people that already have all included ones. That voucher could be exchanged for another low to mid tier premium, a talisman, premium time, warbonds, or whatever else feels right. A million SL seems fine to me honestly, but it seems I am in the minority there.
Honestly, I’d suggest just plonking the trophy at Lv 38 and bringing the boat/ship back down to 15 for BPs where it’s not the main or free prize
1 million SL could be helpfull for somebody not having a tone of it, but as a person who is randomly throwing around 60 million SL each time SL crates come around, since i have nothing else to do with that, i believe you can understand i am not happy with that
This raises a concern though, with the Rerun Box in place, will we now have untradeable BP vehicles again? That can only be obtained afterwards through RNG? And how long until you get the next vehicle Box for another Chance, for example for a ground vehicle?
Let’s say I want the T55E1 in the Box coming after 3 months from now and do not get it, does this mean I have to wait a total of 9 months for another random RNG Chance? Because I think the vehicle type will cycle with every BP. This time Naval, 3 months later Ground, then Naval again after 3 months and only then after those 3 months Ground again…
Please Gaijin just let us pick the one vehicle we like out of the selection.
Agreed, I’ll admit I’m missing TK-106 but it feels like a lackluster reward for a Level 38 prize. I think the trophy should honestly scale based on the level, this could have been an easy Level 15 prize. As for running out of event vehicles, sadly I think you may be correct, especially ship wise
The boxes most likely are going to rotate, just like they announced the vehicle events would rotate. While that means you will have to wait a while if you want multiple chances, it also means every crowd will get their chances at the same intervalls.
I don’t think there will be more untradeable vehicle rewards from the BPs tho (the ones from the boxes aside)
I mean, they could have continued with the 3 or even 4 per BP, but then we would only be getting reskins at this point and I am pretty sure people would be even less enthused about that

J26 David had no tradeable coupon and they are taking vehicles from other events, not just from BPs.
As for planes there are the A-26C-56 (not the DT), P-51A, PBM-3, Ar 196 A-3, LaGG 3-23 (not the 3-34), P-63C-5 (USSR), P-63A-10 (USSR), Tandem MAI, TB-3M-17-32, Yak-3T, D.521 (UK), Hurricane Mk.I/L FAA M, Swordfish MkII, C.202D, Ro.57 Quadriarma, Late 298D, NC.900 and VL Myrsky II. (There are actually a couple more, but they either used to be very early packs or beta test rewards)
