To use the 9L you need to sacrifice your AGM pylons
To use the RBS 15 when they are added you sacrifice both CM pod pylons so no CMs for a missile that’ll get shot down by a dude with a pistol on the deck of a ship lol

@Stona_WT Also the SPAAG seem overly effective in intercepting munitions for the era. Furthermore the aircraft that do have guided stand-off munitions in this BR bracket tend to have relatively few. If SPAAG is going to intercept half of the missiles then you’d be better off spamming lots of dumb bombs instead.
bet your fun at parties
That’s a fine tradeoff to me. Potentially four nuclear bombers shot down is worth much more than two ground targets. Full commitment to interceptor role.
Ccirp dumb guided missles seems to work well if you can aim, prn122 is fun
That means no flares if you take 4x 9L, and they have 9L
overly effective… that such an understatement…
try… SPAAG and SAM’s are OP… pretty much ignore countermeasures…
Still got onboard large calibers and at speed you’d only need to pop like once or twice before you’re out of range.
The AJS has no internal CMs
None? Even the AJ has some.
Only on the CM pods on the AJ, only the JA37C and up has internal CMs in game
Damn I didn’t even notice. I feel these are all the worst possible compromises.
Does anyone remember what radar band 6 is for in-game radars? Never mind, its G
I could try the F-5A(G) but it has no radar and is slow as fucking hell which is not good for an interceptor.
It has 2x 9L but the Penguin is actually useless lol
I think I’ll just grind out the AJS and just compromise on one CM pod and 3 all aspects.
Yeah I hit a naval target and it literally did nothing.
Or just use Mig 21Bis
The rewards are trash anyways
Gosh friggin darn I forgot about that too. It has a fox 1, good speed, nice FM, a gun, and CMs wow
