Media lags on second monitor when playing war thunder

So this is a weird problem, I enjoy having something playing in the background when im gaming such as youtube but i noticed that when i play war thunder the video will stutter and so will the audio at times. This only occurs in war thunder and not any other game which is very strange.

Its especially strange because it happens way more often when i play air rb or cas, Not so often when i play a tank. It does fix it if i play on ULQ but i obviously dont want my game to look like a potato

Any guesses on what could cause this? My drivers are up to date and my hardware is very strong (Ryzen 7800X3D, RTX 4080 Super, 64GB Ram, Game installed on an SSD)

My issue was SSA(x4 supersampling) together with GPU video decoding in the Chrome.

If I turn off either the issue solves itself except that Ryzen 5600 apparently is too weak to handle 1440p Youtube decoding.

Unfortunately War Thunder without SSA looks bad and any form anti-aliasing butchers the clouds.

Try high settings with disabled SSA or try turning off the hardware GPU decoding in the browser.
