I was banned from accessing the game about two weeks ago due to an inappropriate username. There was a message in game telling me to change my user then contact a game master on the forum so I changed it and contacted a game master. It has been two weeks and I have tried multiple game masters yet none of them have even opened my message! What can I do or who can I contact to get my account un banned.
I myself have had issues with forum messages not being opened, keep going up the chain until someone responds.
If that is your username that was banned I’d ask them why it was acted upon. If you’ve already changed it, well done and hopefully they’ll get you sorted.
