Other than that, the performance will be the same. However, the destructive power seems to be worse than the German 15mm version.
They are overtiered sure as they cant really do anything at full uptier. 7.3 is bit too low tho. They could be at 7.7 and 20 mm Me 163 at 8.0 or all at 8.0. I especially dont understand why isnt ki-200 and me-163 30 mm versions at same br. As Japanese ho-5 30 mm canon is equally horribly inacurate and has more unreliable belt than german 30 mm. Back when the guns were accurate and hit like a brick I would understand them to have same br as 20 mm me-163 version, but now not at all.
Tho Id say R2Y2 at 8.0 is even more overtiered than these.
