I listed HARMs first because they are already in game
and they might not add STARM because its only used by a few planes

Makes sense
By the already in game planes only Kurnass has the theoretical capability to carry STARM , some of them go modified for SEAD role during the wars with Lebanon in the 80s.
And again theoretically A-6E , since some of them were modified to use it as well.
Outside of the game it’s only F-4G and F-105F/G . And if they want , EF-4D that there were only 2 airframes converted.
