Absolutely brother
It’s unfortunate that gaijin only accepts manuals for radar info. I don’t thing the F-15’s radar sees just 120 km’s
The F-15EX has its own thread
you can try to make a bug report, i think you need 2 sources though so try to find another saying same thing
can you link it?
Absolutely, there is a bunch of missing pylon options very similar to this.
That is one of the reasons I made this thread to be able to post the bug reports here. Should make one and we should find the rest asap as well.
nice find!
It is official boeing brochure. But for another F-15 version.
which F-15 is it for?
Advanced eagle
Well that invalidates then unfortunately, no?
there might be new wiring on CFT for advanced eagle, but beside that CFT is same afaik. but would a laser guided munition really need that much wiring? doesnt it just need something to turn it on and a laser to guide it?
It is arleady can mount LGBs on those hardpoints, but GBU-12. So it has LGB wiring.
Just redid Tech Suites, should be much more accurate and detailed now. Just gotta fit JHMCS into that timeline, then will have a look at weapons again.
So. Brochure proves that mounting 2 GBU-10 on CFT is possible.
It can mount GBU-12s there, so those pylons have LGB compatibility even on basic F-15E.
We need find proofs that CFTs on Advanced Eagle are not reinforced and basic CFTs can whistand GBU-10s
Sweet man!
Go forward here’s how I suggest you use ai:
Ask them to provide links and sources for you to independently review, don’t trust the information AI directly feeds to you, as they all tend to fill gaps with things they make up. When I use AI to locate sources and information, I usually ask them to provide links and citations in regards to the information they retrieve and use, and it has helped me locate flaws in information. For example I once ask if X aircraft ever used Y missile, and it said straight up yes and provided a link. When I received the link, the source indicated only that Z country was interested in buying the missile for use on their aircraft, but not proof existed of it being purchased and used on their aircraft.
A few changes based on my basic knowledge of aircraft and American weaponry they’re compatible with:
• Change Aim-9P → Aim-9P-3
• Add Aim-9P-4
• Add multiple Aim-9M variants
• Add multiple Aim-9X variants
• Add Aim-120C-3 (it’s an Aim-120C-2 with clipped wings and a better seeker in basic terms)
• Add Aim-120C-8 (export variant of the base Aim-120D from my understanding).
• Remove CATM-9 (it’s a training missile, no warhead)
• Change the gun listing to one singular gun listing, not two listings of the same gun.
Not too familiar with A2G weaponry, so can’t suggest changes based on my knowledge of that.
