We do NOT need a second 2S38. One is already too much.

No it wouldn’t. It would just mean more 2S38s to ruin every1’s day.
It wouldn’t be as bad and most of the people playing it would have 2+ brain cells instead of the 2S38 standard of -3 braincells

Also I wouldn’t mind having the Kazakh variant of this to accompany my 2S38 lineup.
That just means it’s harder to defeat. Normal 2S38 is already bad enough with lvl 10s playing it.
