The current flight model already compresses badly past about 490 - 500mph, and it’s not very fast either.
I think nerfing the flight model for “Balance” causes more issues that it solves myself, the plane in its current state will be strong but fine at 7.0. There are plenty of other powerful planes around its BR that it will struggle with.
It will obviously, it’s Italian btw, hopefully there are less armed variants for lower brs.

They’re not buffing it, they’re just fixing it. It’s not even in the game yet and people are already talking about nerfs and BR increases. I didn’t go through all this effort just to see it get “fixed” and then hear this kind of talk. It’s not even in the game right now. And honestly, it’s about time we stop with this usual attitude towards Italy — always having to be nerfed or penalized.

I am an Italy main. I just don’t want to see it go up in BR so that we have a jet to fill the BR gap, for both air and ground. Moving this to 7.3 would mean there would still be a BR gap of 1.0 to the last prop, and there would be no attacker for the 6.7/7.0 ground lineup. I’m glad you went through the effort to get it fixed, but before it even was, it felt a little too good for it’s BR. To be fair, I haven’t played much 7.0 outside of the Ho 229, Jabo and F-80A-5, so maybe I’m wrong.
@paolgand1975-psn Could you please send me the page from the KD manual that has the aircraft empty weight and loaded combat weight? The plane just got a massive empty weight increase for no reason it seems.
The source I have states around 3100 kg but I would like to double check it with the manual you have please before I move to bug report it.

Hey. The datamined weight cant be used for a report unfortunately. The devs do not acept datamined information as the basis of a report.
why? this has been the stupidest policy for such a long time. how else are players supposed to get stats? The promised stats in the CM disclosures are not even coming with this update.
Because very often they have been misinterpreted or misunderstood in a lot of situations. Not every value translates directly to what you would expect in game.
As a result, the devs have a standard across the board rule that datamines are not acceptable for the sole basis of a bug report.

You did exactly what he asked you not to do, we don’t accept reports on the basis of datamines, you’re directly including datamined values.

I believe there is a mistake and you have not read my report properly.
Please have a another look at the report, If you look at the screenshot in it and read what I wrote in there you will see the numbers I have got are pulled directly from localhost8111 and do not originate from datamines.
I specifically did not use datamines and got the weight numbers through localhost8111.

None of the values I have used in the report originate from any datamines and as I have specifically stated I obtained them through the game and localhost8111.
I am already familiar with datamines being unacceptable for bug report and hence I did not use them.

There’s no way to see empty mass in-game other than through localhost:8111/editor/fm_commands?cmd=getFmProperties, and even this gives you mass with pilot, oil etc. included. There’s no way for the reporter to have gotten the exact 11,700 kg figure that EmptyMass in the BLK was set to without using datamined values. Why was this report passed?
