Question…
This is the definition of “Thunderer” award:

This is the score board of a game:

… a game in which I did NOT get the “Thunderer” award and I do not know why.
The “can’t be less than 18” condition is fulfilled because 10 ground units in RB (x2) count as 20
Am I overlooking something?

Answer:
Missing awards / rewards happen quite often.
Positive:
- Gaijin support is quite friendly (you need to create support ticket) and will grant you the missing 5.000 SL.
Negative:
- They will ask you to create a bug report
- They will not create any progress in special tasks; they are not able to do this and you will have to wait 2-3 working days for their first reply.
- It might take some time (~2 weeks) before the issue is solved.
An example:
I was forced to create this bug report. And i had actually the same issue 3 times within a few weeks (“Mission decider”, also 5.000 SL) - i simply refuse to invest time in such actions.
Have a good one!
Off-topic regarding SM 92:
- It looks like you got a cooling leak from aaa and you continued groundpounding - and died later because u cooked both engines. In case of any oil/water leaks you have to abort mission, plane is extremely sensitive.
- You need MEC for using the full potential of the SM 92. You can fly the SM 92 without overheating with both rads at 50% and by adjusting prop pitch to 75/80/85% on Hot/medium/cold maps - and use WEP the whole match.
- Even as this map is tempting to ground pound: SM 92 is an excellent high alt and BnZ fighter - and able to beat most fighters in a turn fight.
- Seeing this match as a whole you might have won the match if you would have sideclimbed at the start. Their last 3 fighters (XP-50, P-38 and P-38) are not only worse turners - they were also flown by average US pilots; you had a clear experience advantage.
The answer is simple:
Red player had 11 ground kills.
Pardon, which red player do you see having 11 ground kills?
The guy who had six on your picture. Can’t spell him here.
… that means the values I am seeing are the snapshots from when I left the match, not the final values?
That… makes a lot of sense…
I never claimed that I was particularly bright…
