I would like to suggest the Maultier mit 7,5 cm Pak 97/38 L/36 and Mg 34. The names were both (interchangably) Sd.Kfz.3a (a for Opel, b Ford and c Magirus). Based on the Opel Blitz 3,6-36 S (S here Standart → R Raupenketten).

The History about the exact vehicle is unknown, however in general:
The reason why the Opel Maultier was made in the first place was because the Trucks hat problems in the snow and winter, so the Opel Blitz 3,6-36 S and DB L 4500 S were equipped with Pz II and Carden Loyd running gears to transform them to Halftracks. Duo to overall high demand on transport equipment they werent reserved for winter instead used full time as well.
Why it was placed on the back of the Opel Maultier is because in the deep snow, pulling it behind the vehicle and traversing it by hand on the field is near impossible. It was placed on the back facing the back of the Maultier with some Sandbags in front of it for more protection as well as an Mg 34 on an AA tripod mount which can also shoot at the front and is for protection against air and everything else.
Whether its an own crew member or be a ghost Mg like on some American Cal .50 is open for the developers, on the pic are 5 people visible, however the MG gunner could also sit as the commander behind the gun as well as an 2nd person could sit next to the driver. Behind the cabinet is also the ammo stored.

The Opel Maultier itself is in the unarmored form as the Sd.Kfz. 4/1 mit Panzerwerfer 42 already in game, tho it would come without armor (except the wood, sandbags and gunshield) but in return have much better mobility than the 4/1.

The Gun, the 7,5 cm Pak 97/38 L/36
1,190 kg combat weight, -10° to 18° (or -8° to 25° i saw both) traverse, 60° horizontal traverse up to 14rpm fire rate (cince no armor it would be good)

The 7,5 cm Pak 97/38 L/36 was a combination of the French M1897, with a Rheinmetall Muzzle brake and placed on the 5 cm Pak 38 mounting. It was created out of need as not yet the Pak 40 was available and more guns with higher velocity were needed, as such this gun, equipped with the K.Gr. Pz. (P) which is unlike popular believe not a old Polish Aphe round, but instead the german K.Gr. Rot Pz adapted to the guns, which were used by the French, polish and American units and even up to the 75mm M3 gun. Furthermore the gun took great usage of adapted Heat rounds, beeing able to fight both the T-34 and Kw tanks, tho still with relatively low velocity.

This also includes the 7,5 cm Fk 231 (f), 232 (f) and Fk 97 (p)
