hello all! i recently had the idea to try and make my first sound mod for WT, specifically a universal RWR and VWS mod (replacing betty, rita, xiao)
the mod is 98% complete, with some minor tweaks left, however i have noticed something:
- if i include the .masterbank file, Rita and Xiao are replaced correctly, BUT player damage and explosion sounds are silent
- if i don’t include the .masterbank file, Rita and Xiao are silent, BUT player damage and explosion sounds are fine
Betty works fine with or without the .masterbank, and i’m unsure of what i should do next, as the only tutorials for sound modding are either offtopic to what i’m doing, or not explained the best
i’m also willing to slide the files incase necessary
if anyone could help, that’d be gladly appreciated!
